For self-pay or out-of-network patients, full payment is expected at the time of the visit unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer transparent pricing and flexible options to accommodate your needs.

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable $50 booking deposit is required.

If you attend your appointment as scheduled, this deposit will be applied as a credit toward your visit balance. Please note that this fee cannot be refunded or transferred if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours.
